Councilor Lisa Barton Mullins
Re-elected in 2010, Councilor Lisa Barton Mullins has served on Fairview City Council since January 2007. Prior to serving on the City Council, Lisa served on the Fairview Budget Committee, which is responsible for reviewing the City budget prior to submission to the City Council for adoption. Councilor Barton Mullins current term expires on December 31, 2014.
Besides her council duties, Lisa works with the American Cancer Society on the Relay for Life and Strides for Life programs and volunteers her time for the Meals on Wheels program with City of Fairview staff. She previously served as a Gresham City Councilor from 1992 to 1995, and is past president of the Gresham Farmer's Market and her Homeowner's Association.
In addition to being a small business owner, Lisa enjoys walking the Salish Ponds trails everyday.
