Councilor Peter Roscoe
Peter Roscoe is the chef/owner of Fulio’s Pastaria and Steakhouse in Astoria. Raised in Astoria, Peter graduated from Star of the Sea High School and attended Notre Dame University in Nelson, B.C., and the University of Oregon.
His volunteer experience includes the Astoria Planning Commission, Oregon Department Fish & Wildlife Razor Clam Advisory Committee, Dunkin Law Seafood Consumer Center Board of Directors, Oregon Restaurant Association Board of Directors, Multnomah County DUII Advisory Committee and the State of Oregon Solid Waste Advisory Committee.
Elected to City Council to fill a vacancy, Peter has been representing Ward 2 since Oct. 2005.
He and his wife, Pat, have two children.
